Director, Shared Savings, Consortium of Health Systems in Wisconsin
Peter and his team were knowledgeable, knew the appropriate questions to ask for our HTM needs and brought a comfort to our Leadership in a time of change.”
Midwestern Health System
I hired ESP to support an Asset Management project at a mid-sized IDN in Central Pennsylvania. This specific Asset Management program’s goal was to create significantly more value within Clinical Engineering by increasing the quality of service delivery and clinical management while reducing their operating costs. We exceeded our goal. We identified and fixed as many operational and quality issues as we saved money. I personally believed the process ESP uses would create a definitive solution. At the end of the process we had two excellent solutions, and we selected the one that we were sure would drive higher quality outputs, processes and database system. The program is going very well, and customer satisfaction is quite high.
